Product Overview
CeraFix® Bone Cement is a composite material of hydroxyapatite (HA) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), designed for reliable vertebral body augmentation and stabilization.

Components
Each CeraFix Bone Cement kit contains:
• Powder container – sterilized with ethylene oxide (EtO)
• Liquid ampoule – filter sterilized
Both components are supplied in sterile packaging to ensure clinical safety.

Product Specifications
Available in eight models: GC10A, GC20A, GC30A, GC40A, GC10B, GC20B, GC30B, GC40B
• A-type: Medium viscosity
• B-type: High viscosity

Product Advantages
• User-friendly preparation: Powder and liquid are easy to mix; the pre-loaded mixing container reduces operator exposure to unpleasant odors.
• Enhanced clinical safety: Addition of 10% hydroxyapatite promotes interfacial fusion, lowers polymerization temperature, and improves biological compatibility.
• Biomechanical benefits: Elastic modulus reduced by ~10%, improving stress distribution and reducing the risk of adjacent-level fractures.
• Viscosity options: A-type and B-type formulations accommodate different working times to meet diverse surgical needs.
• Excellent radiopacity: Contains an optimized proportion of radiopaque agents, ensuring clear visualization under fluoroscopy.

Technical Parameters
• A-Type Bone Cement: Working characteristic curve (medium viscosity profile)

Scope of Application
CeraFix Bone Cement is suitable for vertebral body filling and stabilization during Percutaneous Vertebroplasty (PVP) or Percutaneous Kyphoplasty (PKP) procedures. Indications include:
• Osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures
• Traumatic vertebral fractures

Notes
• The preparation characteristics of CeraFix Bone Cement are temperature dependent.
• At >23 °C: Mixing and setting processes accelerate.
• At <23 °C: Mixing and setting processes are delayed.
• Recommendation: Store the product at 23 °C ± 1 °C for at least 24 hours prior to use for optimal performance.
